  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (domestic, if ordered before 12 PM PST)

  • International Shipping: Varies by country (usually 7-21 business days)

Shipping costs for each method are displayed during checkout.


2. Order Processing Time 🕒

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframe 📅

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may take 2-3 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country, customs clearance, and the shipping method selected. Please note that international orders may take between 7 to 21 business days.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs processing, or other shipping carrier issues.


4. Shipping Restrictions 🌎

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and many international destinations. If you are located outside of our supported countries, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.

  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). However, delivery times may be longer due to the nature of these addresses.


5. Tracking Your Order 📦

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or by logging into your FineTopis account.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in tracking down your order, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. FineTopis is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If an error is discovered after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you with initiating a return or exchange, based on the condition of the item.


7. Shipping Fees for Returns 🔄

  • Return Shipping: For orders returned due to customer preference (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Return Shipping Costs for Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, FineTopis will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Customs and Import Duties 🌍

For international orders, FineTopis is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid directly to the customs authorities or shipping carrier upon arrival.
